In the long-term use of stone, due to neglect of stone care, external contaminants easily enter the stone joints and cause pollution, causing the joints to become black, which greatly affects the beauty and service life of the paving stone. In order to avoid the pollution of the gap, the stones should be treated seamlessly. Then, how to do the seamless treatment between the stones? Next, let's take a look with the editor of FABULOUS Group.

grinding and polishing
Using a polishing machine to polish the surface of the stone as a whole, so that the marble glue and the stone form a horizontal plane, adding a sense of integrity to the stone, and solving the problem of unevenness between the joints, avoiding the occurrence of re-contamination of the joints. When polishing, use polishing pads and use polishing fillers. Finally, use a polishing machine to grind the stone from coarse to fine, so that the ground is bright and smooth as new.
slit cleaning
Remove the original filling between the stone joints, use a stone slitting machine to install a 0.3mm cutting piece to re-cut the original gaps to minimize the width of the gaps and clean the dirt between the joints (Note: If the center seam has been done before, there is no need to re-sew.

gap polishing
When the filled marble glue is dry, polish the gap.
dust cleaning
Use a vacuum cleaner to clean the dust in the cut stone gaps, and then use a semi-wet towel to remove the dust, (if the dust is not removed, it will affect the adhesion of the marble glue, or even fall off) wait for about half an hour.
gap filling
Use a spatula to evenly fill the adjusted marble glue in the cut gap, and fill it so that the marble glue is slightly higher than the stone level. After the marble glue is completely cured, the volume will be reduced to a certain extent. This operation can avoid the condition that the gap is lower than the horizontal surface after repair.
